At Fragrance Insider, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA slip included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure the safety seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
