Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, every fragrance sold on Fragrance Insider is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the original brands. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.

How should I store my perfumes to ensure they last?

To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where humidity is high.

What is your return policy for opened fragrances?

Due to the nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content, they must be shipped via ground transportation.

Do you offer samples or decants?

We currently offer a 'Scent Discovery' program where you can purchase 2ml sample vials of our most popular fragrances to test on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.

What is the difference between EDT and EDP?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (usually 15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5-15%) and ideal for daytime wear.
